Terms and Conditions

An order can be made for any due date 3 working days after placement. Any order that is requested for a finish date within the 3 working days may incur urgent charges which will need to be agreed upon and accepted prior to work commencing.

Confirmation will be made prior to commencement of the order assembly. No charge will be incurred at this point for cancellation of the order. Once the order has been approved the customer may cancel the order up until 3 working days prior to delivery but may incur charges for the engraving that has already been finished. Customer may be liable for other charges for an order cancelled within the 3 days prior to delivery. This includes any urgent order placed.

Orders may be subject to product availability increased by time constraint. Any item that is not available to the quantity required will be replaced by a product of similar quality and price. In the case that there is no similar replacement another item may be used of higher quality at the retailer’s expense.

Customer will have an option of refusing replacement and accepting a full refund with no charge for finished engraving. (This will not include any bank fees incurred for customer’s payment).

Products that are damaged in delivery will be replaced at the retailer’s expense following the above terms. Any replacement may take up to the standard 3 working days. Any reports of faults in the product including engraving must be reported within 2 working days of delivery. Return of these items must also be completed within 7 working days. Failure to do so may result in a refund or replacement being refused.

Orders that have been confirmed are based on the product viewed from either the store or website. Should the details on the website (e.g. Codes or prices) not match the return confirmation invoice it will be at the customer’s discretion to notify Trophy Key and Cobble.Any product delivered that does not match the code/picture as it shows on the website Trophy Key and Cobble's policy of replacement applies.

Any changes made to items that are listed on the website will be at the current supplier's discretion. Trophy Key and Cobble will attempt to change these products to view correctly on the website within 3 days of change being made but will not be held liable for small changes to products.
