Can you use barter card to purchase products?
Yes, Trophy Key and Cobble is a barter card registered company. Online purchases will not be available via Barter card. However pickups are possible
Are the double base trims interchangable for figurines or cups?
Yes, most products are interchangable. Many options that are not listed on the website can be made at request.

How far ahead can we pre-order?
Anytime. However a confirmation of the order will be requested up to a week before work comences.
How long after ordering can I expect goods to be ready?
Most items can be made and delivered within 78 hours. For any large orders timeframes may change. Estimated time of completion can vary on complexity, product availablity or supply.
An estimate of the time for product completion will be given within 24 hours of ordering.
For any urgent order please mark URGENT in comments box on final order page. Some extra charges may be included for urgent services.These details will be included in the reply to any urgent queries and work will not comence until total order is accepted via reply to quote or phone.
What happens if we want to change our order or cancel it completely?
Pre-dated orders will not be started until a confirmation of the order is given. Changes can be made to the product, date or details of delivery/pickup up until this time. If the requirement date is advanced within 2 days of advised completion date then urgent fees may apply.
If the order is changed or cancelled completely, then any engraving completed to date will be charged, however no other charges will apply. To amend an order contact Purchasing or phone/fax 09 818-9124
Can we change any items on the in-store specials?
Not at this stage.
In store secials are considered a complet set and charges may differ for the replacement items.
The only option for replacement are the top and bottom items (e.g. Figurines, Cups) but can only be changed with items of similar value.
